H&S Performance test 0-60mph times

Sup guys...I was doing some reading on the 6.7 forums and came accross this topic. 5.3sec 0-60mph

Like I said on there, I didn't know about that feature until tonight and was curious to see what she would do. I took her out and was surprised by the results:
1st pass 0-60mph - 4.8
2nd pass 0-60mph - 4.6

Has anyone else tried this feature?

My Livewire has it also. They measure pretty accurate. Soon as the wheel turn its timing. My best 0-60, 4.6 sec.

My Banks iQ has it to. Keep in mind, it's based on when you start moving, not an actual drag tree. So you don't actually get any trap speed, or whatever. But you do get everything else.

It actually measures pretty accurate. If you spin the tires at all...times get worse quickly.

I've done it twice, 5.1 on the first and then 4.9 on the second run. Those 4wd launches are rough on a stock tranny and drivetrain though, so I haven't done it since. These trucks are quick as hell though when you wake them up, but remember it's not originally built for that kinda stuff so be careful about doing this too much. I know its hard to resist though....

Are any of you launching with traction control on, just 2wd, or is everyone going with 4HI?


I'm wondering how much traction control affects it. If I turn mine off and drive with 2WD on any kind of loose or wet surface, I just spin tires.

I always launch it in 4 hi....if I just turn off the TC and leave it in 2wd it'll smoke the tires regardless of the surface conditions.

4x4 high. 2wd and it just wastes rubber.

Putting it in 4HI will disable TC, so you won't have to worry about that if you go to 4HI.
