5" Diamond Eye clearance issue

I recently put a 5" exhaust on my truck, the tailpipe seems close to the rear tire. The angle it exits puts it close to about 3" from the rear tire. Didn't know if anyone else had this issue.

What you'll want to do is loosen the entire system up (from the downpipe back) and line it back up. Exhaust systems are funny like that. You can suddenly gain a lot of clearance where previously there was little if you adjust it first and then tighten it back up working towards the downpipe from the tailpipe tip.

Not heard of this issue before, but like doss said, just loosen it all up and adjust it and you should be able to get the clearance you need. Another question, did you use the right set of pipes for your cab and bed configuration? Maybe there is a slightly longer piece of pipe that would push the whole system back a bit if loosening it all doesnt work?
