Tuner next spring

So my question is I'm planing on getting a 6.4 next spring or summer and I'm worried about all this EPA stuff going on where am I going to buy a tuner with DPF off settings? With the EPA getting after all the companies that sell DPF off tunes. So am I'm just going to have to wait an see? I want to get a Spartan or H&S is there anyway around the EPA?! Like saying its farm use or something?! Just trying to figure out if I should even mess around with a 6.4 now. =/
Edit: Or should I just try and find a truck with a tuner on it already which I really dont want to do but it might be what I have to do to get tuner to get rid of the DPF
