Removed Edge Juice w/Attitude now wont start

Been lurking for some time now and have a question. I had a Edge Juice and trying to remove it to install H&S Mini Maxx.
Disconnected everything and removed wiring went to start the truck before installing the H&S and it won't start.

Get a antitheft icon and it scrolls thru gas, oil and other icons.

Any ideas? All was good prior to removing the edge and I set it back to stock.

Ohh.. 2008 6.4 w 180000 odd miles

Thanks

Make sure you didn't knock a fuse loose when you removed power supply, and reseat main engine hook up that you had to remove juice from. The way I understand the Juice I had one at one point is it doesn't actually reprogram truck it just modifies the signals the pcm is getting so in no way should it affect starting.

Can you pull codes at all. Plug the mini in, go to diagnostics and run engine codes. See if its throwing something. If you clear them, it should start up.

I highly doubt it as I don't really see how you could short or surge the PCM taking the juice off. Make sure you didn't bend one of the prongs on that main hook up. All else fails disconnect batt, reconnect try again.

aside from Couch's good advice definitely check for a bent pin

I also had that setup and had to pull it numerous times for service work

any alarm ? EDIT never mind no pcm signal when u tried the other programmer

the edge does not program the PCM that is correct so it shouldn't have wiped it out

I would check all fuses related to pcm/ecm some of which are located in passenger footwell I do not have my owners manual with me to give you numbers. I still don't think removing the juice fried your pcm, but I guess stranger things have happened. Good Luck

This is what mine is doing. It was towed to ford Thursday. It would throw some code and say trailer brake fault check brake system traction control all over the dash. Not sure what it is or what's causing it. My friend who works at ford explained it as the computer shutting itself down to protect itself So I'm not sure. I will relay info I get from dealer back here when they call
