Thrown code

Truck just threw code p0003. Fuel regulator circuit low or some somethin to that natural runnin kem 310. Should I be worried

Could be the harness or it could be the actual fuel volume control valve going bad.

I cleared it out and put the h&s hot damn tunes back on it. It never ran different not comin on now.
