EGR Delete

Ok, I know there are probably a hundred EGR delete pages on this forum, and I'm sorry for making another one.
Now I've looked at probably half a dozen of the kits out there, some of them come with this elbow, others don't Some places say you can benefit from having others say its a waste of money. I want to ask those out there that have the EGR, which way is the best to go?
Thanks.

James.

I originally purchased the kit without the elbow. After running it like that for awhile I decided to buy an elbow. I didn't see any difference performance wise but it does get rid of the big factory elbow and gives everything a cleaner look and it takes up less space. If I was to do it again I would buy a kit that includes the elbow because buying it separate ends up costing a little more.

I would also recommend a kit with the elbow. Maybe take a look at the flo pro kit that PTP has.

Yeah, I bought the Flo Pro kit with elbow because if I didn't and decide to buy the elbow later, it is more expensive.

That, and I've seen that the factory elbow can be pretty clogged.

Honestly once you look inside of the factory one and one that is a true 3" ID all the way through you'll see where the benefit is. More volume, less restriction and less clutter.
