Smile 08' f450 looking for input on performance for fuel mileage

i have had my 2008 ford f450 6.4l now for a few months and i been doing research on things to do for better fuel economy. i average around 13mpg as of now. ive seen dpf/cat deletes, and tunes to turn off regen. is this the rout to go? and if i do that is it suggested to put a better air cleaner setup in her? i am happy with the power she has now i just see from my research that if i let her breathe then its better fuel econemy and hp so i just want some opinions on what people have done and whats the best setup to intall.. i appreciate the help in advance!!!

Tuner, cai, and full exhaust improved my mileage 3-4 mpgs. I also drive extremely conservative and add cetane boost in every tank.

Honestly not to sure I drive conservative for the most part as well, my first newbie mistake was gettin a diablo sport predator . Got it from a friend for $100 and no one will buy it from me so the day I have the cash to get a delete pipe and tuner I guess it'll be a paper weight. I really don't know what I have for gears, where would I find that? A code of the diff?

if i had to guess your gear ratio is probably 430. excellent for heavy loads. not so great for fuel eco. you could offset a little by going a little taller on the tires.
