what's next?

Have 5" dp back exhaust black max and cai so what should my next mods be? Im still under warranty but Im not really worried that much truck has been very solid. Im thinking egr delete but i don't wanna do that myself. Thinking of a down pipe and maybe the intercooler pipe. Im interested in the turbo upgrades for it but then i probably need studs and torque converter. Need opinions Im not to up on the mods for this and what goes with what. I guess my long term goal is to have alot of reliable power thanks

Look at the EGR delete Long great write up and scary pictures of stuff in the intake.

Performance Intake from what I read there is a big delta in pressure/flow between the front ports and the rear thsicontributes to higher egts in teh rea cylinders.

Exhaust minfolds, this makes sense to me as a Hot rodder, better flow rates less restriction moves move air exhauste thru the engine coupl ethis to inproved up pipes again more flow lower egt temps.

Turbo's is where I fall on my sword, not quite sure what the formula is here, flow more Air but not so much as you need more fuel bigger pumps etc.

Studs... More pressure/volume going in make for a bigger bang and more pressure, where this line is I am not sure either. at some point in the mod process people start suggesting do the studs, Rudy's, PTP, and the like all start saying this when you get into better flowing components but at what point? I can answer that.

Torque converters.. again a suggested mod, I am not an automatic loving guy, the 08 KR is automatic and I would love to get ride of the slush box for a hand shaker. For me the OEM tuning is wasteful of the power produced by the power plant.

Hope this helps some.

+1 to above. Check out my build thread. And DieselFreak has a good build and there are 2-3 other semi reasonable semi extreme builds going on right now.
