I just ordered my 5 " from PTP. I do not have first hand experience. But from reading posts. There is no major difference between a 4" over a 5" other than a deeper sound. I hope that helps. Other wise, give Nate or Eric a call at PTP, found they have great pricing as well.

The 5in will provide a slightly deeper sound then the 4in, but a 4in will actually out perform the 5in until your pushing huge HP numbers.

Sent from my LTEVO using AutoGuide App.

Installed a 5 inch FloPro in conjunction with the Minimaxx and S&B air intake about 2 weeks ago. The exhaust was simple to install and fit very well. I was hung up on the 5 vs 4 also, but knew I would regret doing a 4 inch knowing something bigger was out there for a few pennies more. I checked everything in my driveway yesterday and the clamps held fine (as expected) and the truck runs great. It does sound like a jet with light acceleration going through congested towns...but does get attention. When you step up the tune and punch it, it comes alive....my two cents....

4" and 5" will perform the same, the only differences are going to be the sound and look. The 6.4L is a bit on the quiet side even when straight piped so most people go with 5" because they like the deeper tone.
