SCT Livewire EGR/DPF delete code problems

Hey guys i am new to this but here goes. I drive a 2008 F350 dually 6.4 powerstroke. I have recently installed a sinister egr delete kit and a downpipe back cat/dpf delete 4 inch straight pipe paired with sct livewire tuner. When i got the tuner i followed all instructions and updates as required. When i tuned the truck the first time after all installs were complete i am receiving the wrench/limp mode and codes U0100 and U0115. I have tried clearing and retuning several times with no luck. According to ford these codes have something to do with "Lost Communication with ECM/PCM"

Can anyone tell me how to fix this/clear these codes for good???

In my experience with that setup you can only run the egr delete with the sct on extreme. I tried all other settings but the same thing happened. I emailed tech support a week ago and have not heard back.
