EGR DELETE

Do you have to physically delete the EGR if you have a mini max... or does the mini max take care of all problems

The mini maxx programming will shut off the EGR where the hot exhaust isnt added back into the intake. However, the Mini will allow for the complete removal of the EGR. You will see from posts on this forum, that the removal of the EGR frees up space under the hood.

I plan on removing my EGR system when I lose my warranty. It takes longer to remove and to put back on if you have warranty work or emissions checks(unlike the exhaust). It is a piece of mind thing.....

so i need to egr delete with the cooler elbow? that will make bulletproof that system on the truck

Yes you are better off to get the EGR delete kit with the elbow.
