yes there is a king ranch for sale around here somewhere 1040hp on just fuel wants 70k for it

You have several options. It really depends on if this is going to be a street truck or not.

It will be a street legal truck. It does see the track once in a while but mostly street

So you're going to want a good spooling setup that is as low smoke as you can get with 1,000 HP.....I'm assuming at least?

I would do compounds, big fuel, built motor (billet rods, coated pistons, beefed up valvetrain, etc.), Elite's stage 5 transmission, and custom tuning.
