I looked at me original window sticker on this website and it says 3:73 limited slip rear axle that is not a posi is it? Also can you change it to a posi if it's not? I was spinning in some damp grass I a slight hill but only the passenger rear tire was

Your truck probably did come with a posi, but from the factory they are very weak. There are a lot of things you can do to help. There is in fact a great thread going on this minute in the 6.4L general forum:

You can change the fluid and not add the friction modifier, take it to a diff shop where they can add/adjust clutch packs, or replace the unit entirely. There are a lot of threads with a lot of good info.
