Spartan users....early lock or late lock

As the title says, will the Spartan users tell me if you are running early lock or late lock and why you like your choice?

Early lock for me most the time. Keeps the rpms down and the power to the ground!

I'm running late lock up. It felt like when I was getting on the HWY with the early lockup that the engine would bog under full load. With the late lockup it is smooth and feels like the TC locks when it is suppose to in the power band.

Late lockup here, doesn't lug the motor as much. As Country Aggie stated its much smoother also.

I prefer early lock-up but I also have 31.5" tall tires and 3.73 gears.
