Remote start issues

i have the remote start that was installed when the truck is brand new it has the ford emblem on there and everything idk if its aftermarket but installed at the dealer.. i had my front window tinted we unplugged the front sensor under the mirror and plugged it back in once it was tinted i know it worked before but what it is doing u press the button and the cluster and everything light up instead of truck starting when it is suppose to it just beeps a few times and cluster goes off with the lock bottom on it and dose not start and the radio will stay on?? how can i fix this?

I had the same issue. Look online at ford directions or in ur manual. If I remember correctly that solved my problem. There is a ford remote start manual.

I look in my booklet i.couldnt find anything brought the truck used i think it is missing.
