H&S fuel milage?

New to this sight and also new to diesels. I bought a 2008 with a 6.4 a coulpe months ago. I did the egr delete and the dpf delete. also ran a 4'' stainless from turbo back with no muffler and tuned it with the mini maxx. The power is incredible but even just driving around and hardly ever in town from a stop and go, im only getting about 13 mpg. does any one have any ideas on better mpg? is there a custom tune i can use? also has afe intake

The best I've gotten has been 14 mpg, I hear people saying they're getting 18,19 and even in the mid 20s, I have to see it to believe it.

Haha, I know. When I decided to delete I was so pumped, I'm gonna save so much money on fuel. Everyone was claiming 20mpgs but then I did it and gained like 2-3 so that's better than nothing but I was disappointed. A lot of people reset their lie o meter and go down hill where it shows 27 mpg and that's what they claim. I have reset my dash mpg at the beginning of the fill up a few times and by the time I'm nearing the low fuel it's averaged out at about 13.3 mpg which is almost exactly what I get. I must have got the honest 6.4

I just went on a road trip from SW mi to southern in on the hd 300 and my readout said 21.6 but actually got a solid 19.5. I'm happy

consistently getting 16.25mpg a tank with 35/65 city/hwy driving in 100* heat. low boost set on 0 and drive like a grandpa. i can count the number of times ive stood on the pedal since ownership. all hand calc. cetane boost in every tank. in the grand scheme of things 16 mpg is nothing to brag about lol. those who get 18+ i think its possible with the right gearing and all other variables lined up.

for those who get the lower end of mpgs while tuned i just assume theyre heavier on the throttle and cruise at higher rpms.

I'm getting 17-18. If I only drive city or play the heavy skinny pedal game i get 13. It takes a lot to get these big vehicles moving. Can't expect good mileage stop and go.

usually always loaded CCLB w/ cap ,with tools in the bed easy 500-1000lbs a day , 14-16 , from WOT to highway its always within a few mpgs , ive got as high as 18 or so completely highway with no tools just vacation gear !!!
