What is this, and how does it mount?
I have an '08 F-350 CC Lariat that has something dangling the rear view mirror and is bothering me. I was wondering if you guys might know what it is and what does it do? I don't know if it's an after market piece or not? Thinking its factory because it's hooked up to the rear view mirror. Also is there suppose to be bracket of some sort so it's not just dangling there? Any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks!

Yup its factory mine has that too. I dont know what it is, antenna maby? Anyways it snaps to the rear view arm from underneath.

It's the flux capacitor. Make sure it's set to 1.21 jigawatts.

Thank you sandpic! I notice that it doesn't snap in real hard. If I tap it falls back down, is yours like that too? Again thank you for the pictures! Love this forum.
