CAC & Elbow Kit Q's...
My truck came with the EGR deleted already, but I am wanting to complete the mod and install the cac tube and elbow kit. I looked in the engine bay & the egr looks totally deleted, but the egr valve is still there.. Here's two pics:
![]() ![]() I want to complete the egr removal and install an aftermarket cac tube and elbow kit.. I'm just not sure what I exactly need to get this done, I've read a handful of cac tube & egr threads, but can't find one that is in my situation. I hate to post a thread that's already been discussed but I can't find the answer. So will a cac tube & elbow kit set me straight? Or do I need any other components to make this work right? |

It should all go in pretty smooth. All you need is the elbow like was said. You may need a longer boot though to connect the CAC and elbow. My CAC fit fine with my stock elbow/egr, but is a tad short with the intake elbow. I ordered a boot from the website below to make mine all come together better. The stock boot was long enough, just didnt give any wiggle room, or extra material.

Once you get it installed, post back with some pics and your input on install & how the kit fit & ect if you don't mind |

I have the flo pro egr delete with the standard elite CAC. I love that no limit kit but as you said, it is a little much for what Im doing.
