I had the exact problem. I updated my mini maxx to play with the low boost fueling a couple months ago and when I got tired of it I put the KEM card back in. First error I got was a firmware error, then when Mike sent me the updated firmware, I got a missing file error. Then after Mike sent me the missing file, everything loaded up fine but the truck would not go into gear on any tune. I ended up sending it in and it all works great now. Kind of a pain but I would just send it in.

Sounds like you didn't get the KEM files onto the SD card correctly. Look on the root directory of the KEM SD card, do you see the mmf008.bin file? If not, it needs to be there or the head unit will never find it.

Yeah that file is there. Just says on my mini maxx when go to update the firmware that the file is unable to be opened. It gives an error 0

Mine gave that error also, it was because the file was inside a folder not right out as an indepent file on the card.
I actually had to delete most of the old files off my card then download new because it was filling up instead of replacing the old files with new. |

So your saying I need to move said file from inside the FORD64 folder out on the main directory? Or vise versa

I had the same issue yesterday trying to load the 275 tune. Its quite frustrating because I have only loaded two tunes, the 345 when I got it and switched to the 210 and have been running that ever since.
Sent from...... More than likely.....work. |

Yes the file needs to be in the main directory, when you open the SD card it should be listed, not hidden. If it is in another folder like FORD64 it will not find it.

I have had a couple issues with my kem card, but Mike has been great at fixing the issues. Have you sent him a picture of the screen with the errors.
