Running SCT Livewire with DPF on ....

Hello everyone I have a quick question about whether or not it’s a good idea to run the pre-programed tunes on the livewire with my DPF still attached. Will it go into "regen" more often if driven normal? Basically I just wanted to know if I’m going to hurt anything while I still have a stock exhaust still attached. Thanks!

Also on a side note when I’m running the extreme tune what transmission tune should I set it on?

If the tune is supposed to be a dpf off tune then I would imagine that eventually it will cause problems. The dpf will start to plug up & if the truck isn't able to do a regen to clear it up you will probably have issues. If it is a dpf on tune then I would think you will be ok.

when running the extreme tunes, run a Firmer tranny tune. it will shift firmer than stock.
