exhaust, tuner combo problem

I order my H&S tuner and flow pro 5" turbo back exhaust sat. I just learned that the exhaust is on back order and wont get it till next week. Should I install the tuner without the exhaust or just wait till I can install them together? Will it be a pain in the a** or will I have to redo some things with the tuner? Thanks

U can install the "DPF On" tunes until u get your exhaust.... You'll be pleasantly surprised how much the truck wakes up with tuning , Then once u retune with some DPF off tunes after the exhaust install, holy moly, hold on!

What he said, you can run the tuner with or without the exhaust, it has settings for both. Use this time to familiarize yourself with the Mini Maxx, it has a lot of functionality.

Okay so the only difference is I would be running different tunes with the stock exhaust and then switch over to dpf delete tunes after I install my exhaust. Is there anything else I should know? Thanks
