Once the truck is rolling there's plenty of power. What can i do to reduce turbo lag from a stop?

You shouldn't have much lag at all. You might have an issue with the VGT turbo or the VGT actuator. Even in stock form, these trucks have pretty awesome spool up. That's the beauty of the sequential turbo setup.

In a 450?
Also, how did you take off? If you don't powerbrake the heck out of it, you probably won't spin em.

Haha.....auto text on my phone.....meant to say it has an older sct tuner on it.

It's a 350. I power breaker it a little, figuring that I would need to. Shoot my 150 with 305s on it will turn em. I figured with 650 ftlbs it would have no problem. Regulations driving down the road I feel no lag what so ever. Just when I tried breaking them loose from a dead stop
