Different day, same old threads...

Is it me or ever since I joined this site people ask the same damn questions over and over and over again. Am I the only one that has a search funcition on top of my page? Hell I quit visiting this site cause of that, there is nothing new. Just same BS questions that are asked every week.

Its hard to control what others do, yet so easy to change what you do. If you have an interesting question feel free. Truthfully I would rather see repeat questions than someone whining.......

Cant say that I havent noticed, but it is kind of to be expected. Everytime I click on 6.4 performance its always "H&S -------this", or "dpf/egr delete that" etc etc etc, I just simply move on, unless im really bored I might read them....

I don't think that people purposely post the same questions, maybe new they just don't realize how the site works or don't want to bring up an old thread. Or maybe they just want current information in case things have changed or products have improved. I guess if things are that bad here for you just don't look at the topics anymore. Maybe even buy a duramax and see if you have a better time over there.

Plus if they actually use the search function they could see how old the threads are and if they are from a month ago I doubt anything has changed. Cause the same damn questions come up almost every week so nothing as change that much. What's the best tune for mpg? What's the best tuner? What exhaust should I go with? How do I make my truck reliable? blah blah blah look it up first and if you can't find it then fine post a thread about it, but if your question is one of theses above then use the search function cause if your questions is one of those then you will find plenty of recent threads. I just like coming to forums and read about new things and upcoming things. Maybe I'm asking for too much.

We have all noticed that the same questions get asked constantly nut in the big picture this is a help forum so I have no problem helping people out on the same subjects time after time. However if a really good thread gets going about a subject I often will post a link to that thread in any new thread started on the same subject. You gotta be patient and realise that most people are looking for that quick answer and likely dont know or understand how the search function works.
