Oil temps?

Thks in advance guys. I just had studs, egr delete, downpipes, cac pipe installed and I'm running mini maxx. Before I did this work I notice my oil temps running at like 230 coolant 195.. So while work was being done I had them install a new oil cooler. The shop seemed to act like the temps weren't big deal although I knew the oil temps was to high. With this being said I get truck back and it's still showing around 230 oil temps. What else could be causing this? Sensor maybe? Any help would be much appreciated

Can you explain more about the flush? Do you use both restore and the plus? Where is the best place to drain? Is there a drain on the bottom rad. connection? My eot and ect are getting high. But, they stay about 6-10 deg different. I wish there was a way to "backflush" the system but I guess not.

I'm wondering about thermostats also since the temps stay equally distant.

Most people say use restore and restore plus but some say this has a possibility of plugging your oil cooler. I just did alot of flushes with tap water and then the last 3 were with distilled prior to adding new coolant. You have to pull the two hoses apart on the bottom of the rad and pull the drain plugs from the engine block.

That's weird that it would become plugged so fast but I guess it is worth it to try flush it prior to getting a sensor replaced
