Hey boys planning on getting head studs. Should I replace the headers while im adding head studs? I don't know much about the subjuct, just thought I would run it by my new best buds.

Headers?

You'll want to deck the heads and replace the head gaskets.

Would you be referring to your exhaust manifolds?

Don't think so I plan on spartan or H&S tuning, turbo back exhaust straight pipe (Dpf delete), intake, EGR delete for now. Future- fuel system, differential lockers, and head studs. My question is while im getting head studs do I need to do anything to the headers?

On turbo diesels your headers=exhaust manifolds. They brings your exhaust gases to your turbo.

Do some research before you start planning to do work to your truck.

Thanks all in the process man. This is apart of my research, just impressed of the knowledge on here. I heard on the 6.0's the cab needs to be pulled to do a egr delete, is that true and is that the same case for the 6.4's. I know I can handle the tuner/turbo backed straight pipe but I think I will have the head studs done for me. I know a fella. Any suggestions?

Dont need to pull cab for egr delete. Head studs you dont have to but its the better option to pull cab.
