mini max issue

i was attempting to update my mini max tonight and it stopped and shut off it came on 30 seconds later of the gauge display but now when i hit menu button it restarts and i can not get into the menu

Did you still have it hooked up to your truck while you had it plugged into a laptop or you were just downloading a tune to your truck?

No I just Updated the sd card put it back in an hit update firmware. It started to upload got about half way through it shut off and turned on now when I hit menu the screan gos black no options pop up and it restarts itself.

guessing you have a bad connection at the HDMI jack on the circuit board?

I tried reconnecting all plugs but still only have gauges as soon as I get home tomorrow im going to call tech support and see if they can wank me through re formatting the sim card
