New h&s update?

What's all the fuss about? I have searched and searched and all I can find Is people saying its like efi live. Is it a free update or a feature we will have to pay for? I herd someone say they were coming out with new gauges on an update and maybe shift on the fly trans tuning. Has anyone herd anything about this yet?

Maxx Calibration Control. It says its for the 6.7 cummins right now. On another note, there is an update that was released last week for the 6.4. Says its a firmware update. I did it a couple days ago. Truck runs great as usual.

I read about that but I'm not a race guy just a redneck who pulls too heavy. I'm really not worried about the things maxx calibration dose, I mean it's pretty cool but worthless to me as far as my $299 goes. I was hoping for more hp or better gauge setup, shift on the fly trans tuning would be bad azz but I guess I'm dreaming. I might be wrong tho maybe someone will chime in that knows.

I'm new to h&s how do you know when there is a update out?

You can't just go update the tuner can you? Or do you have to tune it back to stock then retune after the update?

nah you dont have to put it back to stock. Just pull the little card outta the Mini Maxx or Black max, (whichever you have,) download the file to the card from your computer and then insert that card back into the truck and upload it to the truck. real easy. I'm gonna do it now and see what this new version is all about.

The MCC software will allow you to tune your truck exactly how you want it, more HP or less HP. You will also be able to adjust the transmission to your liking. As far as trans tuning on the fly, that is not possible. What we are going to do is load all the shift schedules on the card default and the option will be available on download rather than having to load a different schedule on the card every time you wanted to change. It will be an adjustment just the same as the low boost fueling is. Introductory price for the MCC will be $199, MSRP is $249.
