Beware of the new update .33, downloaded it and went to switch to the kem tunes and it says not compatible,i wonder if they lock him out.

Good to know. I just updated the other day too, but I'm still using H&S tunes...just loaded HD300 but haven't got to try it yet.

Just looked on H&S website on the tuner updates and all it says for version 33 is "firmware update 1.02.1 compatible". Not sure what that means since all the previous versions actually say what was fixed or changed.

Did you try calling mike?

KEM is not locked out, we just needed to get his SW updated to our most current version. We emailed him some new firmware files today, so he should be able to get you taken care ASAP.

Do you know exactly what changed. Trying to decide if I feel like taking the tune off my truck to update it. I know, I'm feeling lazy after working out in the sun as it gets hotter out haha

All good talked to mike yesterday, I don't think he was aware of their firmware up-date, he told me a couple of days and he'll send me the up-date and have it working again.Also when you update to the 33 you can't use any past versions like 32,31,30 e.t.c.

I'm not updating anything, pretty much for that reason
