Did you do a projector retrofit or just put in the bid bulbs in the stock headlight?

Start with the socket that the hid's are plugged into. Un plug them and test the connection here first. Should be 3 places to test in there. One being a ground, one being 12v low beam, and the other being 12v high beam. Check all three with the high beams on and make sure you get two 12v readings and one 0v reading(which would be ground) if you dont get those readings then most likely its a blown fuse, if everything is good here, then most likely the harness is bad, not the ballasts but the harness that all the wires go through.

Were your high beams working before this?
