Popping sound from control arm

Me and some friends headed to the mountains and hit the trails this weekend and every time my front would flex it would go BANG! It was a loud pop coming from right under my drivers seat. Only thing I can see down there is where the control arm meets the lift bracket thats connected to the frame. Everything looks fine so I cant figure out why its popping? I figured it might be the lock tite breaking up but it did it for several hours. Maybe it was just breaking itself since its really the first time I had it offroad? Ideas?

i dont offroad my truck and i do get a popping sound under my feet, i looked at the tsb's and found that it has something to do with the body mounts and a spacer needs to be installed
