Edge 15500 thoughts?

I'm ready for a DPF delete, but need to do it on a budget.

Does anyone have experience with the Edge 15500 Evolution?

Thanks!!

I have had the race evo 15500 on my truck for 35,000km and it has worked fine. Alot of people say edge is hard on transmissions but I havent noticed that at all. I run it on level 3 ( 90 horse ).

Yes it helped my mileage alot. Before I got it I was getting about 13-16mpg highway & after I was getting around 17-20 highway. I was calculating manually & not going by the meter in the dash display. I even calculated a little over 21 on a couple trips back to saskatchewan driving between 110 & 120 kph during the summer months. I have no city driving calculations though. I have been very happy with it. I also know of a couple other people who are also running them and have had zero problems. In my opinion it is a very good option on a budget. If I decide to do an egr delete I will have to switch to either h&s or spartan but until then I won't even think about getting rid of it. Hope this helps.

I forgot to say these mileage calculations where not in winter conditions. Anything -15 deg. celsius or below mileage was lower but still better than with the dpf on. i guess this only makes sense but i figured I better add this.

A lot of people bash the edge race like super duty 6.4 said but I have had zero problems with it on my truck I have about 50,000km on it and its definitely not hard on the transmission. I run it in mode 2 or three. if your looking for the reliability of DPF delete and a little extra power and fuel milage then this will work perfect for you. Superduty I get exactly the same milage calculations as you.....your truck looks a lot like mine I'm surprised I havnt crossed paths with it in Edmonton

Funny you say that, I was on my way to Calgary on thursday late afternoon and I thought I saw your truck on the highway heading back north. But back on topic, It's good to hear of other people having good luck with the edge.
