est overall spartan tune?

Ok guys, which is the best overall spartan tune? The best for towing, fuel economy, most power, fastest, and most daily driveable. For the fastest/most power tune what upgrades do you need to run the if anything. Thanks in advance.

The 310 tune is the fastest tune. I would recommend head studs, and EGR cooler delete, and at least an upgraded torque converter if you plan on beating on the truck with that tune pretty regularly.

I've tried all the tunes from 210 to 310. I was dd the 275, but changed to the 300. The 300 has smoother shifts than the 275 and gave a slight increase in mpg's. The 300 also has crazy power, just not as aggressive as the 310. I don't beat on the truck so the 300 is where I'm staying. Best dd tune from spartan IMO.

I also like the 300 the best. Havent tried the 310 but I really havent had a reason too...yet.

Everybody seems to agree that the 275 is a great daily driver tune, some people like the 300, but from what i have read, the 300's temps jump really fast and really high. any idea's or experience on this

I personally like the 275 the best. It drives easy, and can usually kick anyones *** with it around town. The 210 and 250 feel like crap after being on the 275 for so long...

I've never had a problem with the 300, it's my daily driver not my racing tune. Temps never get high enough to worry about, even when hitting the throttle a little hard... Best dd tune IMO.

I don't see high temps on my personal truck but I also have mods that improve air flow (downpipe, EGR delete, intake elbow, CAC pipe, etc.) so I am not a good comparison.

I will say that I have heard some people say it gets hot. The file was not intended to be a hard pedal file though.

I assume you can answer my question, My spartan needs updated, but I am not the original owner of it. I think 250 is the highest mine goes, the old 250 at that.. I know there is a process I have to go through to get it changed into my name so I can update it, can you help me out any?

edit: I read the sticky post on licensing, this truck I bought with the spartan in it so I'm not sure if i need to do anything?
