EFT1 way high after being in the shop

hit a brick mailbox and got my truck back from the shop today with a new bumper replacement on it and with regular driving my eft1 was up to 150 degrees!
it was 89 degrees outside and im on the 250 egr tune

do you think they could have installed something wrong?intercooler?

thanks!

I bet they didnt bleed the fuel cooler lines and rad properly. I seem to remember there was a certain way to bleed it. Or maybe that little rad is damaged and they didnt realize and replace it.
