gasoline in my diesel

so i stopped to fill up the other day and grabbed the gas pump by accident and being an idiot i put 1/2 a gallon of unleaded 87 in my truck. i didnt know what to do so i just figured i would fill the rest of it up with diesel and maybe it would dilute it. i went to the ford dealer and the diesel tech gave me two bottles of PM15 to put in the tank and said i will be fine. the truck seems to run fine but what do you guys think? am i screwed?

I think your fine. 1/2 gal in a 29 or 39 gal tank isnt going to make or break the truck. If it was a few gallon's then I would be draining the tank. Just run some additive like was given to you and all will be fine. A few years back on my last powerstroke my girlfriend did the same thing, put gas in my tank. Except she put in 10+ gallons. Lets just say I was unhappy that I had to go pick up my truck with my flatbed and take the truck home to drain the tank. We are no longer together lol.

LOL thats funny my girlfriend always asks to drive my truck and i dont let her cuz im always afraid that she would do the same thing. now you wouldnt believe how much **** im getting cuz i was the one to do it instead of her.
