5" Pro Flo downpipe back install

Just installed the 5" Pro Flo downpipe back exhaust w/ no bungs or muffler. It took me and two wrench turning buddies 2 hours from start to finish. The exhaust fit like a charm, after determining which extension pipe we needed due to my truck bed / cab size length. The exhaust sounds almost as quiet as the original factory pipes and produces minimal black smoke. The turbos sound amazing when letting off of the accelerator and has a bit of a 'blow dryer' sound at idle, but my fellow Powerstroke friends and I enjoy it immensely. It sounds like a diesel jet plane! I'm running it with the Mini Maxx Hot tune, w/o the pyrometer since they discontinued the pyro... I'm 100% satisfied with the install on my 2010 F-250 CC short bed with 33,000 miles and wouldn't turn back.

did one last week exactly the same. pretty happy with the fact I don't have dpf and tons of flow for the exhaust. the hairdryer sound is pretty cool and not too loud.

Congrats on the install. It adds a little deeper tone while idling but not loud. hardest part on my truck was hooking up to the downpipe, but a few extensions and an airratched cured that.

What do you mean by this? The 6.4 has a factory EGT sensor installed directly after the passenger side exhaust manifold. This is how the Minis and Blacks and I figure other tuners read the Temps.

Or are you saying you would have added an additional temp sensor if you would have received the pyro board?

On the dodges you need the H&S pyro. Tap it into the egr delete plates and your set on a cummins. On the ford just use the stock pyro.

Congrats. I did the same install with MBRP last friday. I did the down pipe also. You and your buddies going to put a down pipe on? You should its easy.

Correct, I would've installed an additional temp sensor.

Well do you want to buy the add on pyro kit that came with my black maxx? Its just sitting in the original Black maxx box with no future use.....I got a good deal on the Black Maxx on ebay and it just so happened to be the dodge part numbered kit that includes the pyro kit.
