Tranny may have gone
I was driving home when the truck did the rev and slam. After that I could not get the truck to got into 4th or lock up. What could have happened?

Well if it wont go into 4th or lock up at all then yes you prolly just destroyed the tranny.

Reload a tune. Sounds like a stuck solenoid.
If it that doesn't help, something is broken.
