Intermittent missing @ idle

I have a Job 1 F350 with Spartan 250 tune running, DPF Delete. At idle I get what I would desribe as a missfire or stumble. It reoccurs every 20-30 seconds, the FRP drops for a split second, then everything goes back to being fine. Could it be EGR cycling? Bad injector? Anyone else feel this?

Thanks

I thought mine was also. This was about the same time I was having my truck smoke like a locomotive during regen. I tried deisel kleen and it smoothed it out but didn't stop the smoking. I deleted to stop the smoking.

Try diesel kleen

Monitor your EGR percentage while at idle. It should be under Commanded EGR or something like that. You will see it cycle every 20-30 seconds to about 30-35% open. The exhaust note will change.

Ok, will do, and check back,

but the bigger question would be, should I feel it cycling? I mean when it stumbles for the split second, you can feel it, and hear it. It would seem like an 8 cylinder diesel shouldn't sputter when a load like this is applied (at least I wouldn't of thought so)
