The good thing about H&S is the ability to shift on the fly with the levels of the tune. Ive seen on here that guys tow in mild and no power with out issues, Id say anything higher and you will just need to be careful and watch the gauges. As far as the trans tune goes, I really dont know, I am using the S2M because I saw on here it was a good middle of the road tune....From what I have seen on here, Yes he should still use the Tow haul while using the H&S. You will also find out when doing the initial download of the tune, it will ask a series of questions, one of those being "Adjust tire size". Click yes and then make the change to the 38's hes running. If anyone reads this that objects with what I have said, please feel free to correct me. I am just going by what I have learned from this site.
