Question for you H&S guys

How is the throttle with the H&S tunes? My spartan is very very touchy. I have people that ask me all the time if I have a miss due to it being so touchy when driving down a bumpy road. I run the 310 on late lock currently so I would like comparrison to the hot damn i guess or their high hp tune. Thinking of making a change. Can barley drive the damn truck when pulling my boat around here without constantly getting out of the throttle and easing back into it.

Ive been on the 300 tune for a few months daily driving, and I think it is very drivable. Pedal is not too touchy in my opinion, but when you push it, it pulls pretty strong. I pull trailers, nothing really heavy, on a regular basis and no problems there either. I havent changed the trans tuning so it is running the normal 300 trans tune. I really like the H&S but I have no experience with Spartan. I drive alot of back roads, gravel roads and don't really experience any throttle surging which is what I am picturing from your discription of yours. I hope this helps.

Same here with the mods I have!!! very touchy noticeable more so on bumpy dirt roads and low speeds But i like it...
I think the OP is talking about throttle response at low speed with his tunes unless I am mistaken. I also run the 300HD tunes but throttle got a lot crispier with 3'' Cold side and Full flow pro egr delete but no throttle surging issues for me

thanks you two. I was just curious to see if it was that way with the H&S and from what you described it seems to be that way. I love the spartan tunes. Ive had them on my truck since 850 miles and now have 167K. Just dont like down tuning to pull my boat but ill survive
