anyone in washington state have issues with law and dpf delete

Just wondering if anyone has had trouble in wa after their dpt delete. I have.been planning on a 5 in exhaust with mini maxx but now I might be moving to Washington state up near Seattle and I'm worried about the huge fines reported on here awhile back.

So I guess my question is if you live there and have done the delete have you run into problems with law?

I'm fairly confident that they test the 6.4s different just due to model year. However, if it helps, I just got my emissions done in WA with no EGR, no cat, and no muffler with no issues at all. Furthermore, I got pulled over not too long ago and I didn't turn my truck off so I know the cop heard the straight piped exhaust.

Again, I'm fairly confident the rules are different for the 6.4s, but I thought I would share just in case.

EDIT: LOL, and the WA crew chimed in rather quickly on this one!

I live in Shelton Washington, I have no issues with my exhaust, I happen to live accross the street from a stater (WSP) and I have deleted his truck for him, his friends that visit don't even care, they just always say keep the smoke down if you don't want the attention. In the county I live in there is no emmision testing for us.

No problems here. Had SP follow me for about 50 miles on a 2 lane on the Peninsula a couple weeks ago. I know a little smoke came out a few times over the miles and no pull over. I do avoid the Seattle area though, but for different reasons. King co. is just not much for me unless I'm passing through.
