H&S tunes question

Got an H&S on my truck; first ran it with the preloaded tune. Then tried doing the online update. Then tried playing with the trans tunes.

Biggest issue I have is the shifting and lockup settings. I havnt tried the only locking in 5th yet, but whats the deal with the the tunes that lock in 4th not shifting to OD till 65mph? Rolling along at 60mph in 4th turning 22~2300rpm just seems way to high IMO. It would be great towing, but just driving its annoying.

Other thing Im a little confused on is the tune selections. How do you tell or select what you want out of the standard tuning; the easy tuning; or the hot damn tuning? Onlything I saw on the updates is it telling you to select all and copy and paiste to update.

I have the xrt pro and didnt like the standard s1m shift pattern either. I downloaded the s2L (locks in fifth) at bout 45 mph and it is a lot better for just daily driving. In tow haul towing about 10000 lb. with moderate accelleration it locks about 55 mph. Much better imo hope this helps.

Did the sL2 tune help with fuel milage?

Thanks; Ill give it a try. Thats the info I was looking for on the trans settings.

What about the power tunes?
