What setting for best MPG (H&S)

I was wondering what setting people are getting the best MPG with. There is a few to choose from. Standard tunes stock, 80, 160, 250. Custom 50, 125, 225, 300.

Hard to figure now because running ever changing mixed fuel. (Mixing 1 &2 depending on temp)

On long trips with the cruise set the 250 yields me the best, i ran the 300 for a day and went back to the default mild tuning. Every day driving i run no power and mild. I have always read, the hotter tunes give the best m.p.g if driven easy.

Thanks. I am running 250 now and its a great tune. But will probably start running the custom tones so I can use the 300 tune, and also the 225.

I usually run the wild tune (160) and get between 17-19 depending on how hard I push on the little pedal. I live in the county and have very little city type driving.

I have a 2010 6.4, aFe 4" exhaust from turbo, mini maxx, K&N Intake Filter.
What should the following Mini Maxx settings set at to maximize my mpg:
*Power Level (No Power, Mild, Wild, Hot).
*Low Boost Fueling (0-4)
*Injection Timing (0-4)

Just out of curiosity...Why not the K&N air intake?

No one has answered the following questions on Mini Maxx:
*Low Boost Fueling; what level 0-4
*Injection Timing, what level 0-4
