dumping exhaust after dpf delete pipe?
I just bought an afe intake, sct livewire with IDP custom tunes, and a Flo pro 4" dpf/cate delete pipe. I was thinking about just dumping the exhaust after the dpf delete. Is this a bad idea? I plan on buying the full 5" turbo back in a couple of months.

I am actually curious too, I wouldn't have to worry about hearing that hairdyer sound at idle and blowing smoke at people

I would think it would make a big mess under the truck, if that matters to you.

Its not going to hurt anything, but it will probably be loud and leave a pretty big mess like cbenn said.

it will make it louder in the cab and a huge mess under there. i did this on our f450 6.0/ put a 4" turn down on it and it kept soot off everything but was loud.

I did this on my 6.4 and it sucked, it sounded like chit in the cab, and it turned everything, I mean EVERYTHING under my truck black, including the rear bumper and tailgate, over about 2 months.
