High oil temp with spartan 275 tune

Hey all its been awhile, been busy at work, new hobbies, and women keeping me from foruming it up. Anyhow I recently installed down pipe back exhaust and spartan tuner on my 08 f450. Been running the 275EL tune with no real problems, other than break neck shifts. Yesterday we had warm winter day, around 55 going down the highway at 60 and my oil temp alarm started going off. I took my foot off the pedal instantly and it dropped to normal within a minute and I finished my trip without problems. Maybe a fluke, maybe not, but it has me concerned cause a typical summer day here is around 100+. I know they make better oil coolers for 6.0s but haven't seen much for 6.4s.

Could be a bad sensor. It's definitely not the tune.
