from 1999+ Ford has the ATS sensor built into the six wire harness. The multi wired sensor is located on the take tube right after the intake box. The two colors you are looking for are grey/red and grey. We have attached diagrams for the location of the sensor on your vehicle, the wire location on the sensor, and how to install your Performance Chip using the red connectors that came with the chip. Carefully cut back the back shrink wrap tubing.
Put one wire on the grey/red wire and the other on the grey wire.
Please make sure the battery is disconnect for at least 5 minutes and also that the Q-cas hardware splices through all 4 wire jackets and makes good electrical connection.
To use the quick connectors, open the shell. and you'll see two path. One path will be block and the other one will run right through. Now the factory wire will be put in the through pass and the module wire goes into the blocked path. When you close the clam and push down the aluminum splice so that it is completely flush, the aluminum splice will cut both wires and make connection.
