Deleted! oil/ coolant temp?

Ok so I finally got my dpf & cat hollowed out and put back on. So I get everything set on my blackmaxx and drove it around, my oil temps while cruising at 70-75 went from approx 196 when everything was intact to 199-205 now that its deleted? I know its a hotter tune (im running in the "hot" setting, 250hp I believe ) but im just curious what oil temps you guys are seeing with what tunes? Whats the best way to lower those temps? Oh and it was about 80f out when I was reading these temps. Im worried what they might be when the temps reach 105f this summer. Thanks in advance!

I'm deleted and my coolant temps run at 195 and my oil temps run at 2 to 3 degrees higher all the time.

With regular driving, I'm at 194 on each. A little heavier foot and I'm at 196 and 198. Towing is roughly the same at 200 and 201.

Did just the oil temp increase, or did the coolant temp increase as well? If coolant and oil temp are close then I wouldn't worry about it. As long as both temps track close to each other then the oil cooler system is healthy. As long as EOT and ECT stay beneath roughly 215 then I wouldn't start sweating it. The thermostats don't fully open till 219 anyway.

my truck runs anywhere between 192-196 on coolant temps. THe oil temps is 2-3 degrees more than the coolant temp

they both rose accordingly, and I was pushing it. my oil is about 4 degrees higher than my coolant. What can I say I was having fun. I guess I'm still good. Thanks guys!

Right now my eot is 6* higher than my coolant temp. towing eot is 8* higher than ect. Hopefully a coolant flush will bring it down a couple degrees. Dunno what my truck was running last summer since I didn't have a tuner or gauges. I'm sure it's gonna be a hot summer.

Man I had the same concerns as you, but after researching on here, a lot of guys have the same issues.

When I first deleted, i was running EOT about the same as yours (196-197). When I started running fully synthetic, my EOT's (when my foot is in it) can get up to 203. My temps also increased when I put 35's on her.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just be happy that the DPF SH....is off your truck and isn't choking your truck anymore. congrats!

yes--and I know it's not as "Fully Synthetic" as Amsoil, but i can't afford or justify the cost of the most expensive Fully synthetic out there.
