Dpf/Cat Delete ?

I have a 09 Ford 6.4 with a bully dog triple dog gt tuner that does not support the dpf/cat delete i have already purchased the the delete pipe kit and would like to install it what are the side effects ill encounter besides the check engine light without buyng a different tuner and programming this mod out

Cant run without the dpf unless you having tunning to allow you to. I guess you can but you wont get very far.

Your truck will go into limp mode if you delete the DPF with out proper tuning.

What they said. Mos of the time they wont even start once turned off and those codes are present.

So your saying that I don't need to program them out that once the codes come up the dpf wont even come on so Im good I just have to deal with the light being on

They r saying that your truck will not run without dpf removed supported tuning.
Bully dog + no dpf= no go. You need a h&s or spartan tuner.

if you delete the dpf with out a tuner that allows that. ex h&s and spartan does allow it. then your truck will not start or run at all. if the bullydog does nnot allow it then you have to get a h&s or spartan or sct that does allow it then you can delete it
