TRADED IN 6.0 FOR 6.4...NEED TUNE AND EXHAUST

i have just traded in my 6.0 for a 2008 6.4. after having the truck for a few mos. i have fallen in love w/ the interior and over all quality compared to the 6.0 i just traded in. but the biggest thing i have noticed is mpg. now i have read through the forum about this 6.4 and from what i can tell its the dpf robbing me of my mpg so here we go w/ the questions...

im going to purchase a down pipe back exhaust and obviously a tuner to fix the error codes associated w/ removing the dpf if there are no issues involved w/ the questions below...

from what i can tell from bouncing around the forum is H&S is probably the best tuner w/ a diamond eye, H&S, or mbrp exhaust. probably 5".

i had mbrp on my 6.0 and it was great but the prices are pretty high and from what you guys have stated there are other systms that are just as nice for cheaper..

here is my major concerns. i have a warranty through ford and i know when the truck goes in the oem exhaust will have to be put on and all soot cleaned off. but DO THE H&S TUNERS LEAVE A FINGER PRINT? IF SO ARE THERE ANY TUNERS THAT DONT LEAVE FINGERPRINTS?

next question...reliability is the most important thing... so if i purchase the tuner what is the best option? just purchase the tuner to avoid the codes the dpf delete exhaust will throw or can i run a safe tune w/ out having any issues.

i have read transmission issues having to do w/ tuners...can someone scholl me what thats all about..

I run the h&s mini maxx and 5"flo-pro downpipe back exhaust and have had 0 issues. All tuners leave a footprint but most dealers don't care. And to find it it takes a very skilled tech. Ive had mine for 90k

I have a 4 inch turbo back for sale. Pm me for info! Its damn near new. It came off of a cclb so you can use it for any configuration just cut to correct length when installing. Has a 6 inch stainless tip on it as well. It has all delete pipes as well.
