New to Forum and Diesels

Purchased my 08 6.4 two weeks ago. My business trailer has grown to about 9k lbs loaded and my E250 van was really struggling, not to mention only getting about 8 miles to the gallon so I decided it was time to go with a diesel. Found a very clean but high mileage company truck. 185,000 miles but very well maintained. Pulls great but so far get 10.2 mpg when pulling and 11.1 unladen. Which programmer/dpf delete do you recommend? I'm not looking to pull the world or fiddle with settings forever. I just want better mileage.

Seems that most are running spartan or h&s tuners. Cant go wrong with either one. Welcome to the forum.

H&s mini maxx is the way to go. Especially for towing. The settings shift on the fly and customer service is superb. Con grate on the truck!
