Gauges

Ok i was bored so i just decided to ad some gauges to my truck. I bought Autometer Phantom 2's with the pod over the rear view mirror. Got Egt,Boost and trans bc i have trouble watch my dashdaq( My friends are telling me im getn old) NOT TRUE!!! Anyway does anyone know if there is a port on the transmission to hook up the sending unit even i need an adaptor?? I know most trans have a spot to check line pressure so im thinking i can use that spot if we have one. Also where is everyone putting the bungs for egt's? I know on my old truck i always put them in the bottom of the exhuast manifold. Last but not least where is everyone hooking up their boost gauge?
